SCHEDULE UPDATES:
- 3/8/2024: Concurrent Session Title/Description Update
- MT Khan's Concurrent Session in Olympia 1 will be "Education as an Escape". This is reflected in revised schedule and concurrent session description documents linked on this page.
Day of Information:
IN YOUR BAGS:
- Sticker for all adults - chaperones, volunteers, and ticketed adults. Sticker MUST be worn at all times by all adults.
- Student bags - 1 per student ticket
- One Adviser from the group should go to the registration windows at the back of the Atrium space. The student group should wait together for the adviser to return.
- Lunch Pick up will be BY GROUP. Your chapter will have ONE lunch ticket with your entire group's reservation. All lunches must be picked up at the same time.
- ALL adult tickets will be with your school's package upon check-in. This includes adult tickets that were purchased individually online. If they put that they were attending with a school, the adviser will have their ticket.
- This year's adult ticket is a large sticker that must be visibly worn all day. Please make sure all of your parents that are attending know that they need to meet up with you upon arrival to get their sticker. They will not be allowed in sessions without it.
- **EVERY STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING A REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE!**
- There will be water refill stations throughout the Classic Center as well as drinks for purchase. Lunches do NOT include a drink so please have students bring a water bottle.
- EVERY STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING A NOTEBOOK AND A PEN/PENCIL**
- Several authors have amazing sessions planned that require the students to write. Please make sure every student has a notebook/notepad and something to write with.
- Every student needs a printed copy of their grade band's TomeCon schedule (Grades 2-5) or (Grades 6-12)
- Make sure your students eat a good breakfast as it will be a full day! Elementary students will eat lunch at 11:15 and middle/high students will eat lunch at 12:15.**
- Optional - Bring Extra Cash for Shopping - We will have several amazing vendors this year, the Tome merch table, raffle baskets, and the Bedford Falls Book Fair with all of the It List and Book Award books. Please let your students know that they can bring cash or card for shopping.

Raffle Basket Pick Up Policy:
- 2:45 pm is the last chance to enter the raffle basket drawings.
- Basket winners and pick up directions will be announced during the CLOSING CEREMONY
- All raffle baskets MUST be picked up by 5:00 p.m.
