TomeCon Volunteer Information
TomeCon is a volunteer run event. Without volunteers we can’t make it happen! Please ask your parent chaperones, co-workers, retired teachers, family members, friends, etc. if they would be willing to come with you and volunteer.
These volunteers need no experience. They will simply be monitoring rooms or halls, counting heads, or if they are willing, reading off a short script to get an activity started.

Half-day Volunteers - choose preference of 9am-1:00 pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Full-day Volunteers - volunteer from 9am-5:00pm with a lunch break. Free standard t-shirt and lunch provided.
  • All schools bringing students to TomeCon are REQUIRED to bring at least 1 half or full day volunteer. Chapter adviser can act as volunteer.
  • Adviser will reserve tickets for volunteers on Registration form, and will provide name and email information later. Volunteer registration forms will be emailed to adviser with TomeCon ticket invoice.
