Chapter of the Year 2015-2016 Finalized

The Tome Chapter of the Year 2015-2016 competition guidelines are finalized.   The submission packet document is posted on the Tome Society webpage on both our Resources and Competitions page. The file must be opened, saved, and edited in Microsoft Word. The file is restricted so only certain portions maybe typed on. PLEASE read the directions completely. 
 
Chapter of the Year packets must be postmarked by March 1, but each chapter should begin building their documentation now. 
 
All entries must be TYPED and BOUND in order. 
 
There is a max of 1850 points available. Chapters will be honored as follows:         
Honor Roll:  Minimum of 400 points
Bronze Chapters:  Minimum of 500 points (Minimum of 15 members)
Silver Chapters:  Minimum of 750 points (Minimum of 20 members)
Gold Chapters:  Minimum of 1,000 points (Minimum of 30 members)
Superior Chapter – Top 2 and 3 Points Earning Chapters
Overall Chapter of the Year – Top 1 Point Earning Chapter
 
Chapter earning the most points will be named Overall Chapter of the Year.  Second and Third places will also be awarded Superior Chapter. Entries will be DISQUALIFIED that do not follow directions exactly (handwritten, not bound, postmarked late, etc).
